1. Pick the character you want to cosplay (example: Mario)
2. After you pick your character, check your closet to see if you have anything that could work for dressing up as your character. (note: you don't have to have the exact outfit to cosplay a character.)
3. If you don't have anything that works for the character, or you want to wear their exact costume, check amazon.
4. When buying wigs, if you want to save money, don't look up "Mario hair" etc, instead look up somthing like "short brown wig." If you don't want to style the wig, then I would recomend looking for the actual characters hair. (I will add a tutorial on how to style wigs on a diffrent page.)
5. Once you get all of the stuff, try it on to make sure it fits.
6. If you want to make your cosplay more interesting, try adding accesories related to the character, and/or add makeup!
